Loan Signing Service
Full loan signing appointments for purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and seller packages.
Starting at $100 (includes print, travel, and notarizations)
Mobile Notary Service
General notary work for affidavits, powers of attorney, wills, and more.
$10 per notarization + travel fee (starting at $25 depending on location).
Field Inspections
Property condition reports, occupancy checks, and photo verification for lenders.
$40–$80 per inspection depending on scope and location
